Scale 1 unit = Sheet size

Slices the model into horizontal layers one plywood-thickness apart, laid flat on the grid in gold and numbered A01… bottom→top, packed onto your sheet size. Cut each from plywood & stack. Bevel overlays the slab's top & bottom outlines (the band to sand). Inset shrinks each profile for kerf/fit. STEP exports every layer as a named solid; DXF/PDF use a single-line engraving font at 1 unit = the feet you set.

The net flattens live on the ground beside your model — blue mountain folds, teal valley folds, red cuts. Edit the model and it re-folds. To split parts: switch to Edge mode, click edges, then tick “Use selected edges as seams”. DXF keeps real mm; PDF tiles across pages.
